Our Story
For over a decade, I have explored and researched the impact of personal purpose and energy on work and life, particularly across different generations within the workforce. My work has brought to life essential concepts of Human Purpose embedded in ways of life such as "ikigai" and "plan de vida," Also, having studied firsthand wellness at work and attempts to address it, in what I believe is a very disjointed and fragmented approach in most companies, I have refocused the work required in this area to "Managing Energy". This is because Energy is more dynamic and personal, while wellness seems to be more static and generic and therefore doesn't really deliver significant personal growth and change. On this basis, I have focused my research and work related to managing physical, emotional, social and financial energies from multiple diverse sources, including connecting our work to the concepts discovered in the Blue Zones.

With this background and experience of leading global teams and living in different continents and cultures and the research on Human purpose, ikigai, longevity, stress & energy management, I had an aha moment a few years back. I realized that my purpose or ikigai in life is to help others discover their ikigai so they can live a more meaningful and energetic life. So, connecting the dots on this realization, I launched eVolv, with the help of my co-founders, Raghav & Dwijen.
With over 100 years of combined global experience in the HR space, we have experienced first-hand engaged and disengaged employees across multiple industries and cultures. After years of research we have concluded that the two key factors that differentiate engaged and disengaged employees is how their personal purpose connects with their work and their ability to manage their stress & energy levels.
Many employees don't know their true purpose & passions and are unable to manage their stress and energy levels appropriately, leading to subpar quality of work and results.​ The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way we all physically work, leading to more hybrid and remote roles at companies. This only further disconnected managers from their employees and teams.
eVolv was born to help employees, managers, teams, and companies truly understand their purpose and energy, thriving at work and in life.
